My Purpose

In Life:

To glorify God and model generational leadership.

In Marriage:

To reflect God’s triune and loving nature.

To ensure a godly heritage and legacy.

To leave behind someone better than me when I depart.

To add value to leaders who multiply value to others.

In Finances:

To steward wealth and perpetuate a multi-generational inheritance.

To see leaders transforming culture by encountering their unique voice, finding meaning, building resilience and self-mastery, and empowering others.


 

Mission

To help each leader build healthy relationships with God, self and others through sound theology, positive psychology, and simple actionable tools.

To do everything in my power so that when I die, I leave behind relationships, resources, and community better off than when I found them.

105 million leaders from the emerging generation of every country in the Western Hemisphere transforming seven spheres of cultural influence.


Philosophy of Leadership

  1. Awareness: Good leaders ask great questions.
  2. Authenticity: Be real or be gone. Be a river, not a reservoir.
  3. Empathy: Think like the customer and employee. Have fun!
  4. Discernment: Hear beyond the words through active listening.
  5. Example: Model achievement by knowing, going, and showing the way.
  6. Empowerment: Significance is achieved through others’ success, not my own.
  7. Growth: Healthy leaders increase, multiply, and elevate others.

Philosophy of Business

  1. Sales: Cashflow remains king.
  2. Change: Plan the work, work the plan. Continuously adjust.
  3. Growth: Develop models that are easily scalable and repeatable.
  4. Stewardship: Take care of your customer, your staff, and your business.
  5. Excellence: Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Philosophy of Ministry

  1. Awareness: Hearing and obeying God’s voice is paramount.
  2. Unity: Oneness of vision invites God’s blessing, anointing and protection.
  3. Relationship: Being together is better than being right.
  4. Order: God is the author of peace, not chaos and confusion.
  5. Love: Care for the individual enables passion for the cause.

Family Foundation

To share the truth of Christ’s kingdom with clarity and relevance through relationships and messages that bring hope, belief, and inspiration.
