To help each leader build healthy relationships with God, self and others through sound theology, positive psychology, and simple actionable tools.

Philosophy of Leadership

- Sales: Cashflow remains king.
- Change: Plan the work, work the plan. Continuously adjust.
- Growth: Develop models that are easily scalable and repeatable.
- Stewardship: Take care of your customer, your staff, and your business.

- Awareness: Hearing and obeying God’s voice is paramount.
- Unity: Oneness of vision invites God’s blessing, anointing and protection.
- Relationship: Being together is better than being right.
- Order: God is the author of peace, not chaos and confusion.
- Love: Care for the individual enables passion for the cause.
